摘要
目的评价超声VET(血管增强技术)在产科检测中的应用价值。方法对132例中、晚期孕妇常规行胎儿与子宫胎盘显像及应用VET技术显像,并进行比较。结果超声VET技术可以清晰显示各部位血管情况,尤其是显示常规难以显像的微小血管。结论超声VET技术可提高血管显示能力和灵敏度,从而提升产科病变的检出率,为临床提供更加快速可靠的信息。
Objective To assess the application value of ultrasound VET in obstetric detection. Methods the detection results of 132 cases of mide and late stage of pregnancy in fetal, placenta with ultrasound VET were analyzed. Results This technique could show the blood vessel in every part esp. for small blood vessel. Conclusion This method might improve the ability and sensitivity of blood vessel image so that to improve the detection rate and supply the detail data.
