摘要
针对某公司连续退火机组电液伺服对中系统,建立了伺服阀、油缸、负载及检测环节的数学模型,确立了控制结构,并进行了流量、速度与系统控制特性分析。研究表明该模型可为实际系统控制程序参数设计提供一个有效的仿真平台。
The mathematical model of a servo valve, hydro cylinder, load, measuring device was established for the electrohydraulic servo central position control systems of a continuous annealing line, the control structure was presented and the flow, speed and control system was analyzed. Result shows that the established model is an effective simulation platform for the design of actual system parameters of control procedures.
