摘要
为了从理论上分析节流阀最小稳定流量产生原因,用FLUENT软件对节流阀不同开度和压差下的流场进行仿真分析,得出了节流阀小开度下的流场特征,探讨了流场特征和最小稳定流量之间的关系。结果表明:节流阀小开度下流场特征对最小稳定流量影响很大,小流量易受杂质阻塞节流口影响而产生波动;节流口开度和压差影响节流口流速、涡旋和气穴现象,影响流量稳定。要得到合适的最小稳定流量,减小节流口阻塞,需要设计合适的开度、压差和流道。
For analysing what make the minimal steady flow rate of throttle vavle, the flow field at different small opening and pressure drop of the orifice was simulated by FLUENT, the realation of flow field eharacteristic and minimal steady flow rate was studied. The results show that the flow field characteristics greatly influence the minimal steady flow rate, small flow rate easily produces pulse by paticles block orifice, the opening and pressure drop influence the fluid speed, vortex and cavitation in orifice, influence the stabilization of flow rate. In order to get a suitable minimal steady flow rate and reduce blocking orifice, it needs to design suitable opening, pressure drop and pipeline.
