摘要
针对小型机器人和自动化设备的伺服驱动问题,提出了一种直流电机伺服控制系统,运行试验显示,该系统可以在计算机上显示两个电机的转角,并控制两个电机跟随计算机上绘制的转角轨迹曲线,该系统具有较好的实时性和精确性,可作为一种高性价比的工业伺服控制解决方案。
Aiming to resolve the problems of drivers of robots and automation devices,a servo control system of DC motor was introduced.The operation experiment verified that the control system can show the angles of two DC motor as well as controlling two motors to trace the curve path of rotation angle inputted in computer.The designed control system has the good real-time and accuracy performance,and it is a cost-effective solution for servo control system of industrial equipment.
