摘要
用不同浓度的铅溶液对凤仙花种子进行处理,探讨不同浓度铅溶液对凤仙花的各项发芽指标和生理指标的影响。结果表明,当Pb2+浓度低于400mg/L时,对凤仙花种子的发芽率、发芽势、幼苗的根长、芽长、根重、芽重、根系活力及脯氨酸含量影响不大,当Pb2+浓度为800mg/L时,对凤仙花种子才开始表现出明显的抑制作用。凤仙花种子对外界铅胁迫有很强的耐性,是一种修复铅污染土壤的好材料。
Using different concentrations plumbum solution to deal with the garden balsam seeds to discuss the impact on germination and physiological indicators of garden balsam seeds. The results showed that when the concentration of Pb^2 + was lower than 400mg/L, effect on the germination root length, bud length, root weight, bud weight, the root activity and the proline content of the garden balsam were not obvious. When the concentration of Pb^2+ was 800 mg/L, garden balsam seeds began to be inhibited obviously. The study indicated garden balsam seeds had a strong patience on plumbum stress, and it was a kind of good materials on repairing the soil which polluted by plumbum.
