摘要
对三岛柴胡种子进行光照、温度、GA3溶液和NaNO3药剂处理试验,以研究不同条件对种子萌发率的影响;采用三岛柴胡的幼茎和幼叶为外植体诱导产生愈伤组织。结果表明:三岛柴胡种子在光照条件下的发芽率高于黑暗的;20℃是种子萌发的最适宜温度。赤霉素对种子的萌发没有太大的影响;在NaNO3溶液中浸泡12h的种子萌发率高于浸泡24h的。三岛柴胡的幼茎和幼叶诱导出的愈伤组织分别呈淡黄色和淡绿色,生长缓慢。
Effects of light, temperature, GA3 solution and NaNO3 on germination ofB. falcatum L. seeds were investigated. The callus ofB. falcatum were obtained by young stem and leaves. The results indicated that the optimum temperature for seeds germination was 20℃. Seeds germination rate in light conditions was higher than that of in dark. GA3 had no much impact on seeds germination. Seeds germination rate in the nitrate of soda solution soaking for 12 hours was higher than soaking for 24 hours. The callus induced from stems and leaves showed light yellow and light green, slow-growing respectively.
