摘要
提出了啤酒中Na^+、NH_4^+、K^+、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)5种阳离子同时测定的离子色谱法。采用离子色谱分离,抑制电导检测。色谱条件选择为IonPac@CS 12A阳离子色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm),流动相为10 mmol·L^(-1)甲烷磺酸溶液,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1)。方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.005~0.024 mg·L^(-1)之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=7)在0.89%~5.10%之间,加标回收率在93.7%~104.0%之间。
Five cations, i. e., Na^+, NH4^+, K^+, M^2+ and Ca^2+ in beer were determined by ion chromatography with supressed conductivity detection. The IonPac@CS 12A cation chromatographic column was used for separation of the cations, and 10 mmol·L^-1 methane sulfonic acid solution was used as mobile phase, with a flow-rate of 1 mL·min^-1. Detection limit (3S/N) found for the 5 cations were in the range of 0. 005- 0. 024 mg· L^-1. Values of RSD's (n=7) of the results found were ranged from 0. 89% to 5. 10%. Recovery of the method were tested by standard addition method, giving results in the range of 93. 7%--104. 0%.
