珍珠纤维的H2O2/TAED低温活化漂白工艺 被引量:6

摘要 珍珠纤维双氧水漂白采用四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)作为活化剂,用正交试验法探讨了H_2O_2/TAED摩尔分数比、双氧水质量浓度、时间、温度和稳定剂用量对漂白效果的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件,即H_2O_2(100%)用量8 g/L,n(H_2O_2):n(TAED)=2:1,硅酸钠3 g/L,温度70℃,时间50 min。采用该工艺处理的织物可获得良好的漂白效果,强力损伤小。 Tetra acetyl ethylene diamine (TAED) was used as an activating agent for hydrogen peroxide bleaching of pearl fiber fabric. The influences of HE O2/TAED tool ratio, concentration of hydrogen peroxide and stabilizing agent, bleaching temperature and time on bleaching effect were investigated using orthogonal test method. The optimum conditions were: H2O2 ( 100% ) 8 g/L , n(TAED): n( H2 O2 ) = 1 : 2, Na2SiO3 3 g/L, bleaching at 70℃ for .50 min. Satisfactory whiteness and strength could be obtained with above process.
