摘要
以23个雷公藤(TripterygiumwilfordiiHook.f.)优良单株为试验材料,开展雷公藤速生无性系的早期选择,结果表明:雷公藤根扦插平均成活率为94.4%,扦插苗生长呈现出"快—慢—快—停"年生长节律;1.5年生苗木的枝数、地径、主藤长生长量差异达到显著性水平,枝数、地径的广义遗传力分别为0.3612、0.4664;通过聚类分析,将23个无性系划分为粗壮型、伸展型、中间型、普通型4个生长类型;苗木生长性状之间存在显著的相关性,以地径、枝数为选择性状开展联合选择,选出7、4、2、8、9、13、15号共7个苗期速生无性系。
An experiment was conducted to study the early selection of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. fast growing clones using 23 plus trees as testing materials. Result showed that the average survival rate of the cuttings from the 23 plus trees was 94.4 percent, and no disease or insect damage was found. The grow rhythm of T. wilfordii cuttings exhibited first a rapid increase, and then a slow increase, a rapid increase again, and finally reached an unchanging state. Significant differences in branch number, basal diameter, and main cane length were found between 1.5-year-old plantlets, and the broad sense heritabilities of branch number and basal diameter were 0.361 2 and 0.466 4, respectively. The 23 clones were classified into 4 groups by hierarchical cluster analysis, namely sturdy type, stretching type, mediate type, and normal type. A marked correlation in growth traits was found between different types of seedlings. Seven fast growing clones were selected using basal diameter and branch number as the selection criteria.
