摘要
环介导等温扩增(loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)是针对靶基因的6个区域设计4种特异引物,在链置换DNA聚合酶(Bst DNA polymerase)的作用下,等温条件下,快速进行核酸扩增的方法。可以在1h内,将靶序列片段扩增109~1010倍。具有特异性强、灵敏度高、快速、准确和操作简单等优点。
Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification(LAMP)is a novel nucleic acid amplification method.It is characterized by the use of 4 different primers specifically designed to recognize 6 distinct regions on the target gene and the reaction process proceeds at a constant temperature using a DNA polymerase with strand displacement activity.It provides high amplification efficiency,with DNA being amplified 109-1010 times in less than 60 minute.And it has simplicity,rapidity,specificity,and cost-effectiveness.
