摘要
目的:观察奥威尔牙齿脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机分组对照试验,以75%氟化钠甘油为对照分别观察实验组和对照组的即时疗效和半年后的疗效,并进行统计学分析。结果:实验组的即时疗效与半年疗效有效率分别为96.77%和91.13%,明显高于对照组的63.06%及42.34%,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:奥威尔牙齿脱敏剂对牙本质过敏症具有良好的疗效。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of treating tooth hypersensitivity with Oravive Tooth Revitalizing Paste.Method：75 % NaF glycerin served as control group.Evaluation was carried out by analysis of statistics at immediate and half year after treatment.Result：The successful rates of immediate treatment and half year treatment were 96.77 % and 91.13 % respectively.Those of control group were 63.06 % and 42.34 % respectively.Clinical effects between treating group and control group was significantly different （P〈0.01） at immediate and half year after treatment. Conclusion：Oravive Tooth Revitalizing Paste shows better clinical treatment effects against tooth hypersensitivity. It is suitable for widespread adoption in treating tooth hypersensitiveness.
