聚丙烯酰胺对土壤电导率的影响及其机理研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过实验研究了聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)不同施用方式对土壤电导率的影响及不同PAM用量在溶液灌施施用方式下对土壤电导率的影响。不同PAM施用方式实验结果显示,在同一施用方式下,土壤电导率随PAM用量或浓度的增大呈下降的趋势;对不同施用方式进行比较,发现土壤拌施在PAM用量为1.0gkg-1及溶液灌施在PAM浓度为50mgkg-1时对土壤电导率降低率影响较大、效果较佳,综合考虑各方面因素,推荐在实际应用中采用PAM溶液灌施施用方式。不同PAM用量对土壤电导率影响的研究结果表明,PAM用量的变化对土壤电导率的影响较大,即PAM溶液浓度越高,土壤电导率越小。最后,通过进行PAM对盐溶液电导率的影响实验得出了PAM对土壤电导率的作用机理。 The influence of different application ways of PAM on soil electrical conductivity and the effect of different dosage of PAM on the way of irrigation with PAM was researched in this paper. The experiment results of different application ways showed that soil electrical conductivity was declined by using PAM. With the same application way, soil electrical conductivity was reduced with the increasing of dosage or concentration of PAM. Compared with different application ways, PAM mixed with soil when the dosage of PAM was 1.0 g kg^-1 and PAM solution irrigation when the concentration of PAM was 50 mg kg^-1 showed better effects. Given analyses above comprehensively, the way of irrigation with PAM was chosen as a better method. Then the different dosage of PAM on the way of irrigation with PAM was discussed. The investigation results indicated that soil electrical conductivity was affected greatly by the variation of dosage, namely, more the concentration of PAM, less the soil electrical conductivity. Finally, the mechanism of PAM on soil electrical conductivity was obtained by means of the experiment of the effect of PAM on salt solution.
