摘要
目的:优选芎归巴布剂的基质配比。方法:采用均匀设计法,以快黏力、内聚力为评价指标,基质及其用量为因素和水平进行U9(96)的实验,得出最优配比组成。结果:芎归巴布剂基质最佳配比为:水溶性高分子聚合物-交联剂-交联调节剂-保湿剂(1∶0∶0.02∶0.01∶2.5)。结论:该基质具有良好的黏附性能,所得芎归巴布剂质量可控。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the matrix formulation proportion of Xionggui cataplasm. METHODS The optimal proportion of matrix formulation of Xionggui cataplasm was selected by U^9 (9^6) uniform design, and the tacking strength, cohesive strength were used as evaluation indexes. The equation of evaluation indexes was established by SPSS. With analysis of the contribution of factors by SPSS regression, the optimal proportion of matrix formulation was acquired. RESULTS The optimal proportion of matrix formulation of Xionggui cataplasm is water solubility high molecular polymer-cross-linking agent: cross-linking agent moderator- humectant (1.0: 0. 02 : 0. 01 : 2. 5) . CONCLUSION The matrix has good adhesive property. The preparation technique of Xionggui cataplasm is feasible and the quality is steerable.
