对硫磷对雌性大鼠的亚急性毒性探讨 被引量:2

Study on Sub-acute Toxicity of Parathion in Female Rats

摘要 目的探讨对硫磷对雌性大鼠的亚急性毒性。方法选择6~8周雌性SD大鼠,10只/组,以对硫磷0.5、0.2、0.1mg/kg的剂量经口灌胃,连续染毒28d后,摘眼球采血作生化指标测定,取出肝、肾、脾称重,并计算其脏器系数。结果高、中剂量组大鼠的体重增加、进食量、食物利用率均低于阴性对照组(P〈0.05);血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、尿素氮、肌酐各剂量组均高于阴性对照组,并有明显的剂量-反应关系(P〈0.05);肝、肾的脏器系数高于阴性对照组,脾的脏器系数低于阴性对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对硫磷经口亚急性染毒,对雌性大鼠的肝、肾、脾有明显的毒性作用。 Objective To study the sub-acute toxicity of parathion in female rats. Methods Female SD rats(6 -8 weeks), with 10 rats in each group, were instilled with 0.5, 0.2, and 0.1 mg/L parathion respectively and successively for 28 days. Eyeballs were excised for blood sampling and biochemical indicator analysis. The liver, kidney and spleen specimens were weighed to calculate the organ coefficient. Results In high and medium dosage groups the body weight increased while the food in-take and utilization ratio were obviously lower than those of the control(P〈0.05). The serum glutamate pyruvate transaminase (SGPT), glutamine-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT), urea nitrogen and creatinine of all dosage groups were all higher than those of the control(P〈0.05)showing dose-response relationship. The organ coefficients of liver and kidney were higher than those of the control, while that of spleen was lower than the control, the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusions Parathion might have obvious toxicity to liver, kidney and spleen of the female rats.
