摘要
为解决烤烟漂浮育苗中的还苗期长、不耐干旱的问题,结合湿润托盘育苗技术,以常规漂浮育苗方式为对照设置了浅水水位(垫入砖块使漂盘底面刚好与水面接触)和超低水位(垫入砖块使漂盘底面与水面隔开5cm)等不同程度的水位炼苗试验。结果表明:烟苗生物学性状总体表现为浅水水位较好,超低水位次之,对照较差;烟苗的还苗率、根系活力、硝酸还原酶活性、光合速率和叶绿素含量总体表现为超低水位较好,浅水水位次之。
In order to find a solution to the problems of slow restoring and poor drought tolerance of flue-cured tobacco seedlings in float system, the experiment of seedling hardening at two different water levels : low water level (the bottom of seedling tray touching on the water surface) and extra-low water level (the bottom of seedling tray over the water surface by 5cm) was conducted by using conventional float system practice as the control. The results showed that: the biological characteristics of seedlings in low water level treatment were better than that in extra-low water level treatment, both treatments were better than the control. The restoring rate, root system vigor, nitrate reductase activity, photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of tobacco seed- ling were better in extra-low water level treatment and good in low water level treatment.
