摘要
现代服务业中的文化力是指对宾客或服务对象的文化影响力、感染力、吸引力、沟通力以及服务中所体现的高文化品位等,它以各种丰富的内敛或外张形式表现出来。用文化力来提升现代服务业的品质,可以成为现代服务业跨越式发展的一个新思考点。本文主要以天津旅游业为分析样本,初步探讨了现代服务业中文化力的特征与作用,包括现代服务业中的个性化与人文关怀、国际化与文化沟通、专业化与人才的文化品质、集群化与文化共享、科技化与文化平衡、品牌化与文化创意等方面,同时认为应该寻找各种单项文化力之间的有机联系和结合,从总体上考量文化力及其对提升现代服务业品质的作用。
The cultural power of modern service industry is referred to as influential cultural values to customers. It is generally in the form of cultural influence, cultural appeal, cultural communication ability as well as cultural virtues embodied in services. It is a new perspective to improve the quality of modern service industry by cultural power. The paper makes a case study of Tianjin tourism industry to explore the features and functions of cultural power in modern service industry, which include personality and humane care, internationalization and cultural communication, professionalism and cultural quality of talents, industry clustering and cultural sharing, science and technology and cultural balance, branding and cultural creativity, etc. The paper emphasizes the importance of exploring the integration across individual elements of cultural power and examining cultural power and its significance for enhancing the quality of modern service industry.
