水杨酸对芍药切花水分代谢和瓶插寿命的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]通过探讨水杨酸对芍药切花水分代谢和衰老的影响,为水杨酸在芍药切花保鲜中应用提供参考。[方法]将供试切花放在含不同浓度(0.5、1.0、1.5 mmol/L)水杨酸的保鲜液中,观察芍药切花水分代谢和瓶插寿命的变化。[结果]经水杨酸处理的花枝吸水量有增加,且水平衡出现负值的时间明显推迟。水杨酸可促进切花吸水,延长切花寿命:经0.5 mmol/L水杨酸处理的瓶插寿命比对照延长4 d;经1.0 mmol/L水杨酸处理的可延长3 d;经1.5 mmol/L水杨酸处理的可延长2 d。[结论]适宜浓度的水杨酸可调节切花水分代谢,延长切花寿命,且以含0.5 mmol/L水杨酸的保鲜液保鲜效果最好。 [ Objective ] The aim was to discuss the effect of salicylic acid on water metabolism and vase life of the peony cut flower, and provide some references for application of salicylic acid in the storage of the herbaceous peony. [ Method] Herbaceous peony cut flowers were put in the solution which have different concentration salicylic acid (0.5 mmol/L; 1.0 mmol/L; 1.5 mmol/L) and observed the changes of water metabolism and vase life. [ Result] The water uptake of flower was increased after salicylic acid treatment,and the time of negative in water balance was put off obviously. Salicylic acid could promote water absorption and prolong vase life of cut flower. The solution which contains 0.5 mmol/L salicylic acid could prolong 4 days;1.0 mmol/L 3 days and 1.5 mmol/L 2 days than control. [ Conclusion] The salicylic acid could regulate water metabolism and prolong vase life of herbaceous peony cut flower. Among them, 0.5 mmol/L was most obvious.
