摘要
利用碳酸锂、甲醛染毒蟾蜍后,其部分血红细胞的核产生微核。微核率与染毒药品剂量呈正相关,差异极显著。12小时达到高峰。此后,不同时间微核率不同,同时监测环境中某些致变物质可考虑应用蟾蜍红细胞微核测定法。
The Toads,injected with lithium Carbonate,or Formandehydo,showed partly the erythrocytic nucleas formed the micro-nucleus.The micronucleus rate correlated with dosage of drugs and tuere was a Very different betweed the different dosages,The bigger dosage,the more micronucleus Showed.There was a peak of micronucleus rate in the time of in ection for 12 hours and then the micronucleus rate changed at the different time.Use the deter mination to the micronucleus of erythrocyte of toads in order to survey some mutagenesising substance in the enviornment at the same time.
