糖尿病患者肾功能状况与甲状腺激素变化的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病患者肾功能状况与甲状腺功能变化的关系。方法选取住院的2型糖尿病患者379例,收集相关临床资料并检测相关生化指标。使用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行数据分析和处理。结果糖尿病肾病组患者与对照组患者相比,年龄、病程、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平均明显较高,FT3、FT4低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01);糖尿病肾病与吸烟史、FT3、FT4有相关性(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论糖尿病肾病患者存在不同程度的甲状腺功能减退,监测甲状腺功能变化有助于评估病情。 Objective To discuss thyroid hormone change in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods A tolal of 379 cases were recruited from the department of endocrinology in our study. Their clinical data were collected and biochemical indicators were measured. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results Age,course,HbAlc,total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein in diabetic nephropathy group were significantly higher than the normal renal function group (P 〈 0. 05 or 〈0.01). FT3, FT4 in diabetic nephropathy group were significantly lower than the normal renal function group (P〈0.05 或〈0.01). They are relevant with smoking, FT3 and FT4 (P〈0. 05 or 〈0.01). Conclusions Diabetic nephropathy in patients has varying degrees of hypothyroidism. Monitoring changes in thyroid function contribute to the assessment of the condition.
