摘要 探讨了非硅过氧化氢漂白稳定剂PP-1、PP-2替代硅酸钠用于麦草浆漂白的可行性,并对漂白化学药品进行了优化研究。研究结果表明:麦草浆过氧化氢漂白采用稳定剂PP-1、PP-2代替硅酸钠是可行的。在温度85℃、时间120min的条件下,优化的最佳漂白化学品用量是:PP-10.1%,PP-20.4%,EDTA0.15%,NaOH1.0%,MgSO40.5%。在此工艺条件下麦草浆单段过氧化氢漂白后,漂后浆的白度比原浆白度高20.7%ISO,比3%硅酸钠用量下漂后浆的白度高1.2%ISO。由于PP-1稳定剂本身含有阻垢表面活性剂成分,因此不存在硅酸钠引起的结垢现象。 The feasibility of non-silicon stabilizer PP-1, PP-2 ap- plied in hydrogen peroxide bleaching was investigated and the optimum study for the bleaching chemicals was carried out. The results show that the substitution of sodium silicate with PP-1, PP-2 as the stabilizer in hydrogen peroxide bleaching for wheat straw pulp is technically feasible. Under the conditions of temperature 85℃, time 120min, the optimal bleaching chemicals charge are NaOH 1.0%, EDTA 0.15%, MgSO4 0.5%,PP-2 0.4% and PP-1 0.1%. After single hydrogen peroxide bleaching stage, the brightness gain of bleached wheat straw pulp can increase more than 20.7%ISO compared with the unbleached pulp; and more than 1.2%ISO compared with the 3% of sodium silicate. PP-1 contained the scale inhibition composition, so there was no fouling phenomenon as it caused by sodium silicate.
