摘要 目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术与等离子下甲消融术的围术期护理方法。方法:对42例鼻中隔偏曲伴下甲肥大患者行手术治疗,并给予精心围术期护理。结果:全部病例鼻中隔偏曲均矫正理想,鼻腔通气良好,引流通畅;无鼻中隔穿孔、鼻梁塌陷、鼻腔粘连等并发症发生。结论:对鼻中隔偏曲伴下甲肥大患者做好围术期护理,可提高手术成功率,预防并发症发生。 Objective: To explore perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of patients with deviated nasal septum by applying endoscopic - assisted correction and plasma radiofrequency ablation. Methods : Surgical treatment was applied to 42 patients with deviated nasal septum associated with inferior turbinate hypertrophy and careful perioperative nursing care was carried out. Results : Of all the patients, the effects of nasal septum correction were satisfied, nasal ventilation function was normal and no such complications as nasal septum perforation, nasal collapse and nasal adhesions occurred. Conclusion: The success rate of operation can be increased and complication can be prevented by careful perioperative nursing care in the surgical treatment of deviated nasal septum associated with inferior turbinate hypertrophy, which can improve the degree of satisfaction of patients.
