低温体外循环心脏术后血乳酸水平与体温相关性临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨低温体外循环心脏术后复温过程中,体温变化对血乳酸水平的影响。方法:对60例低温体外循环心内直视术后患者,每位患者分别在肛温37℃、37.5oc、38℃、38.5℃时取动脉血测乳酸值。结果:复温过程中肛温37.5℃时动脉血乳酸值最小,肛温37~38℃时较大,肛温38.5℃时血乳酸值最大。结论:低温体外循环术后复温过程中体温变化是影响血乳酸水平的一个重要因素,肛温37.5℃是影响患者血乳酸最小的温度,为最适宜肛温。 Objective : To study the impact of the change of body temperature on the level of blood lactic acid in the duration of rewarming process after cardiac surgery under hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods : The level of arterial blood lactic acid of 60 patients was respectively measured when their rectal temperature was at 37℃, 37.5℃, 38℃ and 38.5 ℃ after open heart surgery under hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass. Results: During rewarming process, the level of arterial blood lactic acid was the lowest when the rectal temperature was at 37.5℃ ; the level was higher when the rectal temperature was at 37 and 38℃ and the level was the highest when the rectal temperature was at 38.5℃. Conclusion: The change of body temperature during rewarming process is the main factor to impact the level of arterial blood lactic acid after open heart surgery under hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass. The impact on the level of arterial blood lactic acid is the smallest when rectal temperature is at 37.5 ℃ and the temperature is regarded as the appropriate temperature.
