文摘流通外包是图书馆服务外包发展的新趋势,它不仅能够降低图书馆的用工成本与管理成本,提高工作效率,同时也能够改善馆员队伍结构,提升读者服务水平,当前流通外包市场还很不成熟,外包商的数量、规模和专业化程度不高,图书馆缺乏相关经验,在实施外包的过程中会出现各种问题,因此需要图书馆与外包商的相互理解与磨合,使外包服务朝着预期的方向发展。
Library outsourcing in circulation is becoming a new trend currently,which can reduce the cost of management and improve the human team structure. But the outsourcing market of circulation is in initial stage, only a few venders can provide the service, and both the venders and libraries are lack of experience, so the vender and library need to cooperate together to overcome the obstacle and to achieve the expected goals.
