摘要
高岭土和盐酸的反应过程由多个反应步骤串联而成。文章研究了盐酸用量和浓度、搅拌强度、颗粒粒度、反应温度对Al2O3浸出率的影响,确定了反应过程中各控制步骤的操作区间。在此基础上可以对该反应过程展开反应模型、化学动力学等一系列的研究工作。
The reaction mechanism of kaolin and hydrochloric acid is connected by many reaction steps in series. In this paper,effects of the amount and concentration of hydrochloric acid,stirrer speed,particle size and reaction temperature on the rate of soaking out of Al 2O 3 are investigated.Operating area of each controlling step in the reaction process is determined.From these,a series of research work such as reaction model,chemical kinetics of the reaction can be carried out.
