摘要
[目的]探究影响杏鲍菇产量的几个主要农艺性状与单菇鲜重之间的关系。[方法]对影响杏鲍菇单菇产量的主要农艺性状菌盖直径、菌柄直径、菌柄长度、菌盖厚度、干物质含量与单菇鲜重之间的关系进行相关性分析及通径分析,最后通过多元逐步回归分析。[结果]得到了单菇鲜重(Y)与菌盖直径(X1)、菌柄长度(X3)以及干物质含量(X5)之间的最优回归模型:Y=-2.496+2.026X1+0.486X3+5.124X5。[结论]为杏鲍菇遗传育种以及增产增收奠定了基础。
[ Objective ] The relationship between several major agronomic traits and fresh weight of Pleurotus mushroom was explored. [ Method] The correlation analysis and path analysis between the fresh weight of single mushroom and relative factor affecting the yield such as the di- ameter and thickness of mushroom cap, the diameter and length of mushroom stipe, the content of dry matter were conducted, respectively, and then, the multiple stepwise regression analysis was done. [ Results ] The optimal regression model: Y = -2. 496 + 2. 026 X1 + 0. 486X3 + 5. 124X5 was formed, in which, Y was the fresh weight of single mushroom; X1 , the diameter of mushroom cap; X3 , the length of mushroom stipe and X5 , the content of dry matter. [ Conclusion] The foundation for Pleurotus mushroom breeding and its yield increasing for more in- come was laid through the experiment.
