摘要 以WEB和VC++技术为依托,建立广西风能资源监测评估系统平台,并对气象要素数据存储、查询、处理、制图以及监测和评估等相关技术方法进行详细的介绍。系统采用4层架构,4层分别独立,以提高系统的安全性、稳定性和可维护性,这不仅能满足广西风能资源查询、监测和评估的要求,而且能满足为广西风电厂的建设提供权威评估依据服务的需求。 Based on the web and VC + + technology, the platform of the monitoring and evaluating system of the wind energy resources in Guangxi was established. The meteorological data storage, query, processing, mapping, and monitoring and evaluation, and other related technical methods were described. This system adopted 4-layer structure, which was independent respectively and also increasing system' s safety, stability and maintenance. It not only can supply authority checking, monitoring and evaluation service for satisfying the requirements of the wind energy resources in Guangxi, but also can satisfy the requirements of building wind power plant in Guangxi and providing an authoritative assessment based on services.
