摘要
在钢铁防腐蚀的工艺中采用缓蚀剂防腐是一种高效而又经济的防腐措施。介绍了缓蚀剂防腐蚀的特点、类别、作用机理、协同效应和评定筛选的主要方法。通过室内试验给出了目前石油工业中常用的缓蚀剂类型,依据缓蚀剂的协同效应理论,指出复配型缓蚀剂比单一型缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率更高。并结合生产实际简要介绍了采油三厂目前缓蚀剂的应用情况。
The characteristics,mechanism of action and synergistic effect of corrosion in- hibitors were expounded .Lab test shows the types of corrosion inhibitors used in the petroleum industry were staples at present.Compound inhibitors have higher efficiency than single inhibitors.and combine field application concisely introduces application of corrosion inhibitiors on the third oil extraction factory at present.
