摘要
目的了解恶性肿瘤化疗对血糖的影响。方法回顾分析2007年1月～2008年6月住院化疗的679例恶性肿瘤患者化疗后28例出现糖尿病的临床资料。结果恶性肿瘤化疗后糖尿病发生率为4.12%,多发生在化疗后3-6周期。结论化疗药物可能会诱发糖尿病,恶性肿瘤化疗期间要密切注意血糖的变化。
Objective To study the effect of chemotherapy on the blood glucose of malignancy.Methods The data of 679 patients treated in our hospital from January 2007 to June 2008 were obtained,and 28 cases were detected with diabetes mellitus.Results Maligant tumor after chemotherapy the incidence of diabetes was 4.12%,occurred after 3-6 cycles of chemotherapy. Conclusion chemotherapy could occur witn diabetes mellitus ,and we should pay close attention to changes in blood suger.
