脑卒中后血管性认知损害和康复治疗进展 被引量:2

摘要 认知过程包括个体识别和获取信息,然后理解、保留并在合适的情况下运用相关信息。认知损害可导致患者日常生活活动的效率下降,不能适应新的、复杂的情况。脑卒中患者早期常伴有血管性认知功能损害,在康复治疗之前,如能够正确地评定患者的认知功能,为患者作好早期康复计划,制定具有针对性的补偿策略,告知家属配合,将对随后的临床治疗有重要的意义。
