摘要
SAP PP与SAP HR在SAP ERP中是相对独立的应用模块,使得企业HR部门不能及时参考企业PP部门生产计划制定合理的招聘和培养人才计划,企业PP部门不能及时参考企业HR部门人才招聘和培养计划制定合理的生产计划。针对这个问题,利用SAP BI、SAP EP、人掌握的知识,提出解决方案,实现SAP PP与SAP HR的集成应用分析,充分利用企业人力资源,使得企业人力资源分布不断得到优化。
In the SAP ERP,SAP PP and SAP HR are relatively independent application modules,this makes HR department of the enterprise can not consult the producing plans of the PP department to make out proper hiring and training plans, and PP department of the enterprise also can not consult the hiring and training plans of the HR department to make out proper producing plans. And now,we can use SAP PP,SAP EP and knowledge of the people to provide a method to resolve the above problem. And integrate SAP PP and SAP HR,make full use of human resource and increasingly optimize distribution of human resource.
