摘要
采用"大学生人格调查"(UPI)测验大学生23867人,其中贫困生(9800人,41.1%)为研究组,非贫困生为参照组;采用Lo-gistic回归模型预测贫困生人格特征,采取探索性因素分析拟合其人格特质。与非贫困生相对照,贫困生预测有15项UPI正性人格特征,拟合为5个正性人格特质:进取性、稳定性、信任性、独立性和安静性,其核心特质为勤奋性和忍耐性;贫困生预测有10项负性人格特征,拟合为3个负性人格特质:忧虑性、自卑性和敏感性,其核心特质是卑忧性。勤奋性、忍耐性和卑忧性是贫困生人格的三大核心特质;贫困生既有较多正性人格特质,需要自我认知和社会强化;亦有某些负性人格特质,拟实施人格完善教育和心理辅导。
23867 undergraduates were surveyed by the UPI (University Personality Investigation) questionnaire, 41.1% of which are the needy students who are compared with the rest. The data of the needy students' personality features are processed by the Logistic Regression analysis Model; and the data of the personality traits are processed by EFA (exploring factor analysis). Compared with the non-needy undergraduates, the needy students are predicted as possessing 15 items of UPI positive personality features, which fit into 5 positive personality traits: enterprising, stability, reliability, independency and serenity. The central traits are studiousness and endurance. The 10 items of the negative personality features are integrated into 3 negative personality traits: anxiety, inferiority, and sensibility, among which inferiority is the core. The three central traits of the needy undergraduates are assiduous, endurance, and inferiority. They possess positive personality traits which need self-perception and social reinforcement, and also several negative personality traits which could be assisted by personality perfect education and counseling.
