摘要
本文报道了邻菲啰啉与四氧嘧啶稀土三元化合物的合成方法,通过对组成分析、红外光谱,核磁共振谱、热谱、磁矩和电子光谱等性质确定化合物的组成为 RE·HA·A(phen)_(1·5)·C_2H_5OH·H_2O(RE=La、Ce、Pr、Nd、H_2A 为四氧嘧嘧,phen 为邻菲哕啉)RE·HA·A(phen)_(0·5)·C_2H_5OH·2H_2O(RE=Sm、Eu、Gd、Dy、Ho、Er、Yb、Y).药理实验表明,稀土三元化合物具有较强的抑菌作用.
In this paper we report the method of preparation of a series of rare earth compounds with alloxan(H_2A)and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen)inethanol-water solution.As determined by chemical analysis and elementalanalysis the compositions of these compounds are RE·HA·A(phen)_(1·5)·C_2H_5OH·2H_2O(RE=La,Ce,Pr,Nd)and RE·HA·A(phen)_(0·5)·C_2H_5OH.2H_2O(RE=Sm,Eu,Gd,Dy,Ho,Er,Yb,Y).Their solubilities and molarconductance,effective Bohr magneton number,IR,NMR,TG-DTA curves,electronic spectrum have been measured.The antibacterial results showthat these rare earth compounds have a strong antibacterial action.
