摘要
目的探讨FHIT基因在前列腺癌组织中的表达特点及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测52例前列腺癌和20例前列腺增生组织中的FHIT蛋白表达。结果FHIT基因在前列腺增生组织中阳性表达率为90.0%(18/20),在前列腺癌组织中阳性表达率为38.5%(20/52),两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤不同分级中随恶性程度的增高而表达减少,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同临床分期中随分期的增高,表达减少,但T1~T2与T3~T4比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论FHIT基因与前列腺癌的发生发展有关,FHIT蛋白异常表达可能是前列腺癌的发病机制之一。
Objective To investigate the expression characteristics of FHIT protein in tissues of prostatic carcinomas and its relationship with clinicopathologieal parameters. Methods The expression of FHIT was studied by Envision immunohistochemisty in 20 cases of Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) tissues and 52 cases of PCa. Results The positive rate of FHIT protein expression in BPH tissues was 90% (18/20). The positive rate of FHIT protein expression in PCa was 38.5% (20/52) ,there was statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of FHIT protein decreased with the high grade, but there was no statistically significant difference(P 〉 0.05). The difference of positive rate between T1 -T2 and T3 - T4 cases showed a trend of decreasing, there was no statistically significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion FHIT gene might be involved in the oneogenesis and progress of prostate cancer.
