摘要
采用模拟废水研究了有效碱度对螺旋式自循环(SPAC))厌氧反应器运行性能的影响。结果表明,SPAC厌氧反应器的最大容积负荷为53.0g/(L·d),化学耗氧量(COD)去除率为84.2%,容积负荷承载力为44.6 g/(L·d),容积沼气产率为21.50 L/(L·d)。在最佳工况下,碱度供给速率为9.6 g/(L·d),碱度消耗速率为4.8 g/(L·d),有效碱度为1 000 mg/L。进水碱度与进水COD之比为0.19,出水碱度与挥发性有机酸(VFA)之比(ALK_(out)/VFA)为1.75,消耗碱度与去除COD之比为0.10。
The influence of effective alkalinity on performance of spiral automatic circulation (SPAC) anaerobic reactor was investigated. The results showed that the maxmium volumetric loading rate was 53.0 g/(L · d), the maxmium volumetric removal rate was 44.6 g/(L · d) and the maxmuim volumetric biogas production rate was 21.50 L/(L · d). Under the optimal conditions, the rates of alkalinity supply and alkalinity consumption were 9.6 g/(L · d) and 4.8 g/(L · d), respectively, and effective alkalinity was 1 000 mg/L. The ratio of influent alkalinity (ALK) to chemical oxygen demand(COD) (ALKin/CODin) was 0. 19, the ratio of effluent alkalinity to volatile fatty acids (VFA)(ALKout/VFA) was 1.75 and the ratio of consumed alkalinity to removed COD (ALKcom/CODrem) was 0. 10.
