摘要
职业教育是以特定职业能力培养为逻辑起点的教育,职业教育课程直接关系到职业教育目标的实现,传统职业教育课程的学科化倾向使之与社会需求脱节,加之课程结构和比例不合理,学生职业能力得不到有效提高,因此职业教育课程改革必须是系统性的改革,从改变职业教育观念入手,以职业能力和岗位需求为核心来设置课程,完善产学合作机制,推动职业教育课程的改革。
Vocational education takes cultivation of special vocational capability as its logic starting-point. Its curriculum is directly related to the realization of its goal. The current discipline based feature of traditional curriculum makes the vocational education disjoint with the society needs. Plus the unreasonable course framework, students'vocational capability can not be improved efficiently. Vocational education curriculum reform should be systematical. It should start from educational concept updating, redesign the curriculum based on the capability needs of real job position, improve the cooperation between the production and the education sectors, thus to push forward the curriculum reformation.
