摘要
目的了解不同年资护理人员对护理服务现状的认知情况。方法采用自行设计的2009年护理人员对护理服务现状认知情况问卷调查表,对某三级甲等医院918名在职护士进行调查。结果不同年资护理人员对护理文化建设、创建服务品牌、创建态度、对当前护理质量满意度、护患关系、护患沟通、能否提供亲情服务、评选服务明星、处罚促进、护理满意度与护士长管理关系的认知情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同年资护理人员对护理服务现状认知情况不同,护理管理者应根据不同年资护理人群的不同特点因材施教,从根本上提升护理服务质量。
Objective To understand the cognition of the status quo of nursing service of the nursing personnel of various seniority. Methods By means of the self-designed related questionnaire, a survey was made with 918 active nurses in a Class Ⅲ Grade I hospital. Results The differences between the nurses of different seniority in the cognition of nursing culture building, service brand creating and attitude toward it, satisfaction in the current nursing service, nurse-patient relationship and communication, service star selection through appraisal, punishment as a spur, the relationship between the job satisfaction and head nurse's management, and whether or not service infused with emotional attachment was offered, had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The cognitions of the status quo of the nursing service of nurses of different seniority varied, and the administration should do the job according to the characteristics of the nurses in improving the nursing quality.
