摘要
由于课程设置的边缘化和实施的低效性,职业院校学生的职业素养培养陷入了困境。通过对职业素养培养环境历史变迁的分析发现,以"回归职业活动"为基本理念,把职业素养内容全面纳入课程体系,是职业素养培养有效性的关键,这包括职业素养内容的选取和职业素养课程的实施两个方面。
The vocational college student s professional quality has attracted wide attention,which is an urgent need to address in the area of vocational education currently.Analyzing on the historical change for the environment of professional quality show that,taking "returning to professional activities"as basic views,integrating the content of professional qualities into curriculum system comprehensively is key for the effective cultivation of professional quality,which indude the selection of content and implementation of curriculum.
