摘要
针对济宁污水厂AB法的工艺特点,选择国际水协ASM2D活性污泥模型对其进行模拟,并利用实际水质数据对其进行校正,在此基础上建立A-A2/O工艺模型,并进行了多种方案的模拟预测。结果表明,济宁污水处理厂现有AB工艺的出水水质仅能满足二级排放标准,溶解氧是硝化的关键制约因素;将B段改造成A2/O工艺,通过控制内回流比和污泥回流比并投加碳源可使出水水质达到国家一级B排放标准。
The AB process used in Jining WWTP was simulated by the activated sludge model (ASM2D) of the International Water Association (IWA), and the actual water quality data were used for its calibration. The A-A^2/O process model was established and used to conduct simulations based on various influent conditions. The results show that the effluent from the existing AB process in Jining WWTP can only meet the second-level discharge standards. DO concentration is a key factor for nitrification reaction. Changing the process B stage into A^2/O process, controlling internal recycle ratio and sludge return ratio and adding carbon source allow the effluent quality to meet the national first-level B discharge standards.
