摘要
国库集中支付制度是当前国家财政管理制度改革的一项重要内容。分析国库集中支付制度在高等学校实施的过程中存在的问题并提出改革的建议。
The state centralized treasury payment system is an important content of state financial management system reform. This thesis summarizes the problems appeared in the process of state centralized treasury payment system in universities and colleges, and proposes reform suggestions.
