摘要
结合《天津市新农村建设布局规划》,在认清大都市地区农村的基本特征的前提下,明确城乡统筹背景下新农村建设规划的思路与目的,探索大都市地区新农村建设规划的内容和体系,突出了规划对新农村建设的引领作用。
Combining with the practice of Tianjin New Countryside Layout Plan, this paper based on the characteristics of countryside in the metropolitan area identifies the idea and target of new countryside construction under the background of urban-rural in- tegrated development, explores the contents and sys- tem of new countryside construction.
