摘要
当代大学在传统"知识管理"制度之外,"知识交易"倾向不断上升,"知识交易"理念成为当代教师学术职业的重要立足点。为此,大学教师发展需要建构新的价值体系和绩效评价机制,协商并调整大学内部的文化及其管理。
In addition to the traditional knowledge management system, the concept of "knowledge transaction" is becoming an increasingly important aspect of the teaching profession in today's universities. As a result, a new value system and performance assessment system should be set up for university teacher development and for coordination of the university culture and its management.
