摘要 通过日光温室小区试验,研究了以自毒物质高效降解菌B3512为功能菌的微生物土壤添加物对连作草莓成熟期植株形态、产量性状、抗病效果以及根际土微生物变化等方面的影响,旨在探讨利用微生物土壤添加物改善土壤微生物区系以缓解连作障碍。结果表明:土壤添加B-3可在一定程度上促进连作草莓生长,提高干物质积累与产量,并降低连作导致的根系细胞膜质过氧化程度及丙二醛(MDA)的生成,抑制镰刀菌(FON)的繁殖,提高根系活力和植株的抗病性。 The effects of soil additives taking autotoxicity effective degradation strains B3512 as functional bacteria on the plant morphology, yield, disease resistance and microorganisms in rhizosphere soil of continuous cropping strawberry in mature period were studied through the plot experiment in greenhouse. The resluts showed that adding the microbial soil additives B-3 could promote the growth of strawberry, improve the dry matter accumulation and yield, and deerease the degree of cell membrane peroxidation and the formation of malondialdehyde (MDA) caused by continuous cropping, inhibit the breeding of FON and improve the root vigor and disease resistance.
