摘要
通过对燕山地区不同果园苹果生产日程管理的详细记录,分析了当地苹果生产成本构成及比例。结果表明:燕山地区4个果园的苹果生产成本中,用工费用均居首位,占总成本的比例均超过40%;生产材料中,肥料费用占首位;用工成本中,套袋和修剪用工最多,占用工成本的20%以上。提出了今后节约苹果生产成本的措施。
