摘要 茉莉酸(JA)在植物的生长发育过程中发挥了重要的作用。重点介绍了JA在植物花器官发育和叶片衰老中的作用及其调控机理,从分子生物学、生理学等层面综述了JA的最新研究成果,最后提出了JA研究的发展趋势。 Jasmonic acid (JA) plays crucial roles in plant development. In this review, the roles and regulation mechanisms of JA in plant flower organs development and leaves senescence were focused. The latest published works on JA were summarized from molecular biology and physiology levels. Finally, the development trends of JA research were discussed.
