钒化钠对人食管癌细胞系EC109 ERK1/2胞内信号转导的影响

摘要 目的:探讨钒化钠对人食管癌细胞系EC109 MAPK信号通路中ERK1/2表达的影响。方法:用半定量Western-blot方法检测ERK1/2蛋白的表达水平。结果:一定浓度的钒化钠对食管癌细胞系EC109 MAPK信号通路中ERK1/2表达有抑制作用。结论:一定浓度的钒化钠能明显抑制食管癌细胞系EC109细胞株的生长,钒化钠的抗肿瘤机制可能与ERK1/2蛋白表达水平降低有关。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of sodium vanadate on the expression of ERK1/2 in the esophageal cancer cell line EC109. Methods: Western blot analysis was applied to determine modification of ERK1/2 proteins. Results: The expression of ERK1/2 was evidently decreased by sodium vanadate of certain concentration. Conclusion: Sodium vanadate significantly inhibits the proliferation of human esophageal cell line EC109. The antitumor mechanism of Sodium vanadate may he related to down--regulation of ERK1/2 expression.
