Accurate analysis of numerical simulation on complex structures

摘要 针对用户对模型数值模拟要求越来越高的问题,对于用户关心的区域(局部复杂结构区域),采取足够细的网格来得到满意的结果,对于这些区域之外的部分,则采取密度适中的网格来处理.以连杆螺栓啮合区域的精细分析为例,结合ANSYS子模型技术的功能特点,进行复杂结构数值模拟的精细分析.结果表明该技术为复杂结构中重点关注区域的应力精确分析提供1种有效方法. With the higher requirements on model simulation, the mesh is refined in the concerned region (local complex area region) to get satisfied result, while the moderate density meshes are used for the other regions. Taking the accurate analysis on the joggling region of a connecting rod bolt as an example, the accurate analysis of numerical simulation on complex structures is done combing with the functions and features of ANSYS submodel technology. It indicates that the technology provide an effective method for the accurate stress analysis on the concerned regions of complex structures.
