摘要
员工帮助计划(employee assistance program,简称EAP)是组织提供的,旨在帮助员工解决可能影响其工作表现和健康问题的多种策略的整合.在文献研究的基础上,本文主要从员工帮助计划的概念、内容及操作模式、应用与发展等方面归纳了当前研究的进展,同时指出了研究存在的问题与研究的方向.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offered by the employer, which aims to find a solution to the employees' problems affecting their working performance and health. Based on the research review, this paper intends to categorize the current EAP research development in aspects of the concept, contents and operation models, application and development, and in the meanwhile the problems at present and the prospect in the future are pointed out.
