摘要
目的探讨如何提高蝮伤咬伤的救治水平。方法回顾性总结我院1995～2009年蝮蛇咬伤致多脏器功能衰竭患者32例，采用抗蝮蛇血清结合多脏器功能衰竭的治疗。结果本组治愈28例，占87．5％，死亡4例，占12．5％。结论伤后早期有效的排毒、解毒、保护和改善心肺肾等重要脏器的功能是提高蝮蛇咬伤治愈率的关键。
Objective Probe into how to raise the level of emergency treatment for the bites by agkistrodon halys. Methods Sum up retrospect the experience in treating multiple organ failure induced by agkistrodon halys bites in 32 eases from 1995 to 2009, by adopting antiviper venom serum in combination with multiple organ failure treatment. Results The cured patients of this group is 28cases, the percentage was 87.5 %. The dead patients is 4 cases, the percentage was 12.5 %. Conclusion The key to raise the curing rate of the snakebite is effective repelling poison, detoxification and the improvement of the function of many important organs, such as heart, lung and kidney after being bitten by viper at the earlier period.
