摘要
对大学生进行科技创新能力培养是适应国内外日趋激烈的竞争势态,适应高等工科教育教学改革的需要。文章从实际出发,从理论教学、实践教学、开放教师科研项目、建立科技竞赛机制、建立科技创新基地、与企业合作培养等多方面对大学生科技创新能力培养进行有益的探索与实践,取得了较好的实际效果。
The cultivation of undergraduates' scientific and technological innovation ability adapts to home and abroad intense competition and to the education reform of higher engineering education. In this paper, the author does useful exploration and practice on the cultivation of undergraduates' scientific and technological innovation ability from theory teaching, practical teaching, opening research project of teachers, building scientific and technological competition mechanism, building scientific and technological innovation base, culturing in cooperation with enterprises, etc. , and obtains good practical results.
