摘要
目的观察老年人静息心率与冠心病的关系。方法观察100例老年入选者的静息心率,据冠状动脉造影结果将分为对照组及冠心病组。结果冠心病组静息心率显著高于对照组(静息心率为78.4±12.7次/分vs 68.8±10.1次/分,P<0.001)。结论老年人的静息心率与冠心病相关,是冠心病的独立危险因子与冠心病发生、发展及预后有关。
Objective To explore the relationship between resting heart rate （RHR）and coronary heart disease. Methods RHR were determined in 100 old people who were devided into control group and coronary heart disease （CDH） group by the outcomes of coronary angiography. Results RHR of CHD group were significantly higher than that in control group [ （78.4± 12.7 ） bpm vs （68.8 ±10.1 ） bpm, P 〈 0.001 ]. Conclusions RHR is related to CHD in old people, RHR is a risk factors of CHD.
